01 Machine sales:

At the beginning of the project we support the customer with technical consulting, to mutually find the machine matching to customers requirements. After order placement we continue with layout- and detail planning. Followed with updates on production and delivery process. The delivery and bringing in of machine is coordinated by the project team. At installation our technicians take over the assembly, interfaces and settings. With production start the operator training starts.

02 Spare Parts:

A wide range of choosen spare parts is stocked at our main warehouse in Montabaur, Germany.

Additionally we can access on short notice the stocks at our partners (Altratech, ASAHI Japan, NANTAI), as well as production contracts and express production possibilities.

For Express requirements there is a special delivery network.

03 Technical help/ repairs:

Since our customers are producing around the clock, there is a special 24 h Hotline available. At first instance there is the possibility of help from a distance. As next step our experienced technicians are send out for investigation and problem solving to customer premises.

04 Preventive Maintenance

In order to reach a long machine life time with reliable, preventive maintenance is the fundamental requirement.
Here we offer to compile a mutual plan as combination of regular customer maintenance, maintenance trainings and annual inspections with our technicians.

05 Training:

Our training proposal comprises the installation training, training of new operators or machine performance training. Our technicians offer trainings at customer premises, direct at the machine or in conference room. nser Trainingsangebot umfasst, dass Installationstraining, Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter oder Maschinen- Performancetraining. Unsere Techniker führen Schulungen vor Ort beim Kunden, direkt an der Maschine oder auch im Konferenzraum durch. Focus can be here on electrical, mechanical operation or maintenacne.
